Work w/business users to determine the role of software modules in clinical studies;
analyze data to develop solutions fulfilling requirements & improving QoS;
research analytical techniques to increase efficiency & effectiveness of software;
implement BI tool to reduce operational cost;

translate manual business process into automated ones;
devise ways to add new functionality to software products;
draft use cases, collect required resources & build data models;

write manuals, train/guide users of software product.
