Job Description

The Sales Assistant provides administrative support to many leaders in our organization in the support of pre and post sales activities. This role will require someone who is accustomed to fast-paced environment, working with multiple stakeholders and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Act as coordinator for all RFP and RFI requests to ensure timelines are being met, internal teams are in sync, and we meet all sales related deliverables
  • Attend all pre and post customer meetings to ensure all action items are well documented
  • Create and track post meeting action plans to distribute to the broader team
  • Schedule meetings with necessary stakeholders pre and post customer meeting
  • Create presentations to include charts, graphs, etc. and provide editing expertise on decks
  • Assist in coordinating tradeshow events and conferences, as well as attend trade shows
  • Updating and tracking of contacts, sales activities in company CRM

    Experience and Skills Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field required
    • 2+ years of relevant experience working in a Sales Administrative capacity required
    • Experience with RFP’s strongly desired
    • Experience in clinical technology organization desired
    • Must be fluent in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams)
    • Must possess excellent organizational, teamwork and communication skills
    • Must be able to multi-task (handling multiple projects at a given time)
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to establish strong relationships with all departments and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers 

    Work Requirements

    • Ability to work remotely and to travel to business locations when required.
    • Availability in early and late hours to participate in scheduled global online meetings
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Cross-functional and client interactions

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field required
